A Group Visit

"Okay...follow the tip of my pen for me," Steve said as he held up his biro, the tip in the air, before starting to move it from side to side quite slowly, watching Rupert's eyes as he did so.

Manda gently stroked through his hair.

Rupert followed best he could, pretty well but could be better.

Ru snuggled in close. "I want to see Mr Kingston..."

"Good...not too bad..." Steve nodded slowly as he carried on a little longer before lowering his hand. "a little out though...."

"I'll see if we can go see him in a bit, okay?"

"I'm still on the mend...I know that..." muttered Rupert.

Ru nodded, pressing closer.

"Yes...but you're also showing signs of concussion...were you feeling like this before you came here?"

"Why don't you take a nap first?"

"I have the feeling constantly..." Rupert nodded.

"No...want Kingy..."

"Mm...okay...I want you to be careful when sleeping, if possible have someone wake yuo up every couple of hours...and if the feeling worsens, contact me or a hospital immeadiately."

"Okay, as soon as we know that Rupert is alright," Manda kissed the top of his head.

"It's mostly nausea...but sure...I will...thank you..."

Ruru nodded, clinging to him more.

"Just to be on the safe side," Steve smiled and nodded. "I think you're fine to be released."

MAnda glanced over to his husband.

Rupert nodded. "Thank you..." He looked over to his husband.

Ruru tugged at his hair.

Manda sent Rupert a smile, "You alright?" he asked before looking back to his son at the tug. "Yes, Ruru?" he couldn't stop the smile.

"Daddy!" Immy called over to his daddy. holding her arms out to him.

"Yeah..." Rupert nodded, but noticed that Manda was needed by their son. "Huh? yes, Immy?"

Ruru just frowned up at him. "Look at me!"

"Cuddle!" Immy replied, slipping off the bed and gooing to her dad.

"I am, baby," Manda said softly, kissing the top of his head.

Rupert pulled her up onto his lap.

Ruru snuggled closer.

Immy instantly snuggled into her daddy's warmth and comfort.

Manda held him closer.

Steve had gone to the side to a file, pen in hand.

Rupert held her close, stroking her hair.

"Kingy...I want Kingy..." muttered Ruru.

Immy smiled happily.

"Okay, baby, we'll go see him," Manda said softly. "Rupert, you okay if we go see Mr Kingston? Or do you want to stay and rest?" he asked his husband softly.

Rupert stroked her hair. "Whatever Immy wants to do...stay here or go see Mr Kingston, Immy?"

Ruru tugged at Manda's hair, pouting softly.

Immogen had a thinking look on her face before she decided, "Can we go see the soliders? or the animals?!" she asked, looking excited.

Manda stood up, RuRu in his arms. At the tug he looked to him, kissing his cheek. "No pulling hair, Ru-ru."

Rupert nodded. "Do you know how to get there?" he smiled to his gorgeous daughter.

Ruru grumpily frowned, hitting Manda's neck. "KINGY! NOW!"

"Uh huh!" Immy nodded excitedly. "Animals near massive room!"

"Ow. That hurts, Ru, please don't do that," Manda said with a frown. "We will go to Mr Kingston in just a moment." He then looked to his husband. "There'll be some people in the main room, you can ask one of them to let you into the section where they keep the creatures, and they'll make sure everything's kept safe," he smiled to Rupert.

Rupert nodded. "Okay, thanks, sweety..." Rupert stood, leaning down to kiss Manda lightly on the lips.

Ruru was getting grumpy now and wriggled free to the ground before running off.

Manda smiled as he kised his husband back as lightly, however he pulled away as he felt their son slide down to the floor. "Oh shoot, I'll see you later," Manda said quickly to Rupert as he pecked his cheek and and then Immy's head before swiftly following his runaway son. "RU! Stop. Wait for me!"

"Bye mummy!" Immy waved to her mummy as he left before looking up to her daddy with a smile.

Rupert leant down with a smile and picked her up, "Where to?"

Ruru was giggling loudly as he ran off towards what he thought was towards King's office.

"Mummy say main room?" Immy sked to check while pointing out the door.

Manda followed the excited little boy as he headed for a large heavy double door which led to the main room, which then had a large curved suitcase up the side of the circular room up to an office with glass walls.
